CH-100 CONCRETE RECYCLE SYSTEM Concrete Recycler Ready Mix Reclaimer
The Concrete Recycle System is a compact system that washes, separates and dewaters residual concrete and discharges the sand and stones separately. The slurry water will be discharged into Agitator mixing tanks, and through the Filter Press System, the plant will get clean water ready for reusing and dry muddy cakes which realizing a zero waste and zero discharge process.

CH-100 Concrete Recycle System is composed of one sand screw and one screen drum so the sand and stones can be separated simultaneously from sand outlet and stone outlet.
CH-100 is heavy-duty designed and is greatly welcome by medium ready mix companies by its impressive separation effect and reliable performance.
CH-100 has 2 directions and the hopper could be designed flexible, CH-100 is available for cleaning 1-2 trucks at the same time and is possible to switch to manually wash or automatic wash in the PLC easily according to different conditions and operating habits.
